Pricing and transparency
Pricing is based on the size of the home or space, the condition at the first visit, and any selected add-ons. Estimates are provided up-front; there are no surprise fees for routine visits. For large or unusually soiled properties a one-time initial cleaning fee may be required to bring the property to standard before recurring visits begin.
Health and safety
Standard cleaning uses standard household cleaning agents and follows simple safety precautions: ventilating rooms when strong products are used, following label instructions for dilution and use, and using protective gloves when necessary. If you prefer environmentally friendly or fragrance-free products, request it at booking and we will supply available options.
